Historically midwives took care of all pregnant women, including serving women carrying breech and twins.  Although the medical establishment has sought to discredit midwifery knowledge and label these situations 'high risk', the bottom line is that even if your state has 'outlawed' midwives from attending these types of births, all midwives will occasionally attend a surprise breech and even surprise twins birth - knowing these skills is essential for all types of birth attendants!

If you practice in an area where these birth scenarios are still within your scope, then you may choose to consciously offer your skills to women carrying breech or twin pregnancies - and this is the class to help you prepare from the diagnosis all the way to the delivery!
